Amanda’s love for HR was instilled in her from a young age, inspired by her mother who dedicated 20 years to the Professional Employer Organization (PEO) industry. Seeking new horizons, Amanda moved to San Diego for five years, where she embraced the Californian lifestyle while continuing to develop her career.

During her time on the West Coast, Amanda spent seven invaluable years working in the non-profit sector, honing her HR skills and making a meaningful impact on countless lives. Her dedication to her community didn’t stop there – she has been an enthusiastic volunteer throughout her career, championing various causes close to her heart.

Amanda’s professional expertise extends beyond human resources; she has two years of experience in the finance sector and holds both a Life and Health Insurance License and an Investment Advisor License (Series 65).
