Most veterans roll the VA funding fee back into their loan and do not pay if out of pocket.
Will I need to pay the VA funding fee and how
much will it cost?
Veterans with service-connected disabilities do not normally need to pay the funding fee. The fee
for other veterans can vary based on the veteran’s circumstances. Most veterans
using their benefits for the first time have a funding fee of 2.15% and subsequent

VA LOAN LIMITS
The VA limits the maximum guaranty amount is $424,100 except for a few counties that have loan limits that are higher
based on the county median home values reported y the Federal Housing Administration (FHA).
