Colorado VA Loans are mortgage loans guaranteed by the United States Department of Veteran Affairs (VA). Only approved lenders are able of issuing VA guaranteed mortgage loans. Do I need to pay PMI with a VA Loan?
VA Loans can be used for purchasing a new home, refinancing to lower your interest rate, or to receive cash out using your home’s equity.

Do I need to pay PMI with a VA Loan?
No, you do not need to pay for any type of mortgage insurance with a VA loan.

What is a VA Funding Fee?
The VA funding fee is charged to maintain VA loan availability for future veterans and their families without burdening tax payers and veterans.

Do I need to pay the VA funding fee out of pocket?
Most veterans roll the VA funding fee back into their loan and do not pay if out of pocket.

Will I need to pay the VA funding fee and how
much will it cost?
Veterans with service-connected disabilities do not normally need to pay the funding fee. The fee
for other veterans can vary based on the veteran’s circumstances. Most veterans
using their benefits for the first time have a funding fee of 2.15% and subsequent
VA mortgage loans have a funding fee of about 3.3%. Call us to find out what your funding

VA LOAN LIMITS

The VA limits the maximum guaranty amount is $424,100 except for a few counties that have loan limits that are higher
based on the county median home values reported y the Federal Housing Administration (FHA).
